    Max is the former chief executive of Quintain PLC and delivered Greenwich Peninsula and Wembley Park. Previously he was former Global Head of Real Estate at HSBC and worked in real estate and investment banking at Barings and Lazards. He founded Keystone in 2017 and directs Keystone’s commercial strategy and investments.
  • Matthew RichardsonChief Executive Officer
    Matt has 30 years experience of working in real estate investment markets in the UK, Europe, US and China. Prior to co-founding Income Analytics, he was Director of Research, European Real Estate at Fidelity International in London. He has also successfully developed and sold two proptech businesses during his career including PMI, one of the first DotCom businesses in Asia. It was acquired by Hong Kong investors in December 1999.
  • Chris ArnoldChief Information Officer
    Prior to co-founding Income Analytics, Chris was previously employed as Head of Quants, Data Analytics and Systems, European Real Estate with Fidelity International in London. He has more than 15 years experience of working in CRE investment markets and is widely recognised as a pioneer in CRE quants and financial modelling. Chris has a degree Mathematics & Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
  • Matthew HopkinsonChief Commercial Officer
    Prior to co-founding Income Analytics, Matthew co-founded Didobi and has over 20 years experience of working within market leading proptech businesses in the UK. He was previously a founding director at The Local Data Company, where he established it as the UK’s leading data & insights company in the retail sector. Prior to that he was Operations Director with CoStar in the UK where he oversaw product and data integration with the US parent. He is regular contributor to BBC, FT, Sky News, The Times and many other media outlets. Matthew is a Visiting Professor at University College London.

    Andrew leads the Future of Real Estate Initiative at Oxford University. He is chairman of Property Funds Research, an investment advisory firm, Chairman of Newcore Capital Management, a real estate fund manager focussed on alternatives, and advisor to several property organisations. Andrew recently released a ground-breaking report detailing the dramatic changes facing the real estate industry. Proptech 3.0: The Future of Real Estate. He was also voted one of the top 3 most influential people in Proptech in the 2017 Lendinvest list.

    Edgar leads Dun & Bradstreet’s UK Sales organisation. His previous roles include Head of Solution Sales and Financial Services Sales Leader. He is responsible for eight sales teams focused on growth, retention, specialist/solution sales, new customer acquisition and relationship management.
