We are pleased to announce the release of our new INCANS® income risk benchmarks for France and Germany, which is available directly from your INCANS dashboard.
INCANS® users can now benchmark the future % probability of rental loss for each tenant, asset or portfolio vs average income failure scores at country level, property sector and industry type.
What are the INCANS® Sector & Industry Income Risk Benchmarks?
The INCANS® Sector & Industry Income Risk Benchmarks have been developed by Income Analytics using company level data. The figures are calculated at the end of each quarter by generating an average % probability of failure for the top 200 companies in each of the 83 x SIC 2 industry code types across a particular country. Additional regional scores are derived by aggregating country data.
Following this latest release, users can now access INCANS® risk benchmarks for the following countries and regions:

- UK
- France
- Germany
